Pre-Trial Training

We are running two netball specific trainings before trials start. These are aimed at Premier 1-3 level players.
The sessions will be targeting fitness but will be incorporating netball specific skills such as basic footwork, ball work, individual netball skills in preparation for trials. These training will be run by Helen and Bronwyn, coaches from East 1, so you want to be there to kick off your season!
Training dates
Thursday 7 February, 6.30 - 7.30pm
Tuesday 12 February, 6.30 -7.30pm
Both trainings will be held at the ASB Sports Centre in Kilbirnie
