An evening with Robyn Broughton and the Haier Pulse

27 April 2014

Thursday 15 May from 5pm @ Exchange Atrium, 15 Allen St

Share an evening with one of New Zealand's premier netball coaches, Robyn Broughton and members of the Haier Pulse to celebrate the growing success of the team and learn how Robyn and her team are focussed on winning this year's ANZ Netball Championship.

Robyn, born in the Hutt Valley has had a life in netball, helping develop not only our premier teams but most importantly working with our young and up and coming players.

Robyn coached the Southern Sting from 1998-2007 in the inaugural National Bank Cup, reaching the finals every year and winning seven out of ten titles. Robyn was the assistant coach of the Silver Ferns in 2000-02 and made a member of the NZ Order of Merit for services to netball in 2004, and in 2012 made an Officer of the NZ Order of Merit. Robyn is also a trustee of the Halberg Trust and Chairwoman of South Island Secondary Schools Netball.

Take this opportunity to listen to Robyn and her team, talk netball while savouring the fine canapés provided by Monsoon Poon, Boulcott Bistro and Osterio del Toro, sample a fine wine, enjoy each other’s company and in doing so support junior sport in our region.

Brought to you in association with the Carrillon Club. Formed in 1994, the Carillon Club assists talented young sportspeople from within the Wellington Region in their climb to the top.
